Vicki joined Monahans as a trainee after graduating from university with a degree in Mathematics and has been with the firm ever since. With more than 30 years’ experience, she works closely with owner-managed businesses, helping them manage their finances and supporting them as their businesses grow.

Vicki particularly enjoys working with small businesses, especially limited companies, building long-term relationships and getting to know the people behind each business. She provides practical advice and support tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

Clients value Vicki’s approachable, responsive style and know she’s always at the end of the phone or an email whenever they need advice. She believes every client deserves a personal service and takes the time to understand what matters most to them.

One of the things Vicki enjoys most about her role is working as part of a wider team. As she puts it, “I don’t have all the answers, but fortunately I work with a great team of people and, between us, we’ll always find the best solution.” It’s an approach that gives clients confidence they have the right expertise behind them whenever they need it.
