Senior Manager - Tax

Charlotte joined Monahans in 2025 and has worked in accountancy and tax since 2015. Before joining the firm, she built her experience advising companies, partnerships, sole traders and private clients, managing a broad portfolio of personal and corporate tax matters.

Her work covers both tax planning and compliance for individuals and businesses, including areas such as R&D tax relief, Patent Box, remuneration planning, business succession and preparing businesses for sale. She also advises private clients, trusts, landlords and directors on their personal tax affairs.

Charlotte likes working across a broad mix of clients and tax matters, particularly where early planning can make a real difference. She enjoys helping clients understand their options and supporting them through significant business and personal milestones.

Charlotte is an ACA Chartered Accountant and holds the Business and Finance Professional (BFP) designation with the ICAEW.

Away from work, Charlotte spends time with her dog, Luna, and enjoys designing and creating costumes.
