Andrew joined Monahans in 2025 after building his career with a number of accountancy firms in Glasgow. Since graduating from the University of Strathclyde Business School in 2015, he has specialised in supporting small and owner-managed businesses, and now continues that focus in the South West.

Andrew enjoys working with businesses where he can see the direct impact of the advice and support he provides. He has a particular interest in emerging technology and how it is changing the way businesses manage their finances, giving owners better access to real-time information and helping them understand the numbers behind their decisions.

Andrew believes accountancy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial knowledge. Whether a client wants to explore the detail behind the figures or simply understand what they need to do next, he adapts his approach to suit the conversation.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).

Away from work, Andrew makes the most of the South West, exploring new walking and cycling routes with his fiancée. A lifelong football fan, he also follows Celtic and the Scotland national team.
