Alice Elsmore

Director

Alice joined Monahans in 2023 and leads the firm’s Outsourced Finance team. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018, having started her career in 2015, and previously worked with Bishop Fleming and RSM.

Alice works with businesses at different stages of growth, helping them build finance functions that provide the information and insight needed to make confident business decisions. Her experience ranges from supporting start-ups to working with larger, more complex organisations.

She has particular expertise in outsourced finance, helping clients strengthen financial processes, improve reporting and develop meaningful management information that supports growth, profitability and cashflow.

Alice is an ACA Chartered Accountant.

Outside work, Alice enjoys playing rugby and spending time with her children.
