Mollie joined Monahans in 2019 straight from college after completing her A Levels. She began her career as an Associate while studying for her AAT qualifications before progressing to ACA, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2024.

Working with small and local businesses, Mollie helps business owners understand their finances and make informed decisions. She particularly enjoys preparing management accounts and year-end accounts, using financial information to give clients a clearer picture of how their businesses are performing.

Mollie is known for her approachable style and attention to detail. She takes the time to understand each business, explaining financial information in straightforward language and providing practical insights that clients can use with confidence.

Mollie is ACA qualified and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She also holds the AAT qualification.

Outside work, Mollie enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found out walking with her lovable (but wild!) dog, Howie.
