Gareth began his career in debt recovery, where he also gained qualifications in accountancy and insolvency, before qualifying as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 2014.

He co-founded The Insolvency Company, building it into a well-established insolvency practice before it became part of Monahans in 2024. Gareth specialises in supporting businesses facing financial challenges, advising on insolvency, restructuring and recovery, with a focus on finding solutions wherever possible.

Gareth is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3). He is also a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

Away from work, Gareth is an active member of Taunton Round Table, helping raise money for local charities through community events.
